Would you not agree that nature is so interesting? When we are dealing with minor sicknesses, we resort to man-made products to help us cope. But what we some times forget is the powerful force of what nature can give us. Eucalyptus Essential Oil is one of those oils that is apart of nature that can help us cope with not just minor illnesses but other condtions.
Eucalyptus is an oil that carries ani-bacterial properties that fight against bacteria, fungi and viruses. It even helps fight against infections and inflammation including serious conditions like arthritis, skin disorders and respiratory ailments which is a plus for those with breathing problems and can possibly add relief to your circumstances. When inhaling Eucalyptus Essential Oil, it clears airways and relieves stuffy congestion! Its great for those who have colds!
That is a great thing to know, but where does this plant come from? They originate from Australia and certain parts of the mediterranean climates and has a long history of it’s use for medicinal properties and the Westerners were first introduced to this plant in the 18th century. Eucalyptus is not just one plant, it has many species. Take a guess how many different species of plants they produce. Over 900 species! They are a strong family!
So while we think man-made products are the only thing that can help us cope with illnesses, essential oils can be able to help cope with it as well and Eucalyptus is one of them. Can they be better than the man-made products you currently have? That is something that you will have to judge for yourself! But one thing is for sure, Eucalyptus can be able to give you a sense of relief and happiness!
