💔 Damages, Issues, and Lost Packages

 

Serene Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Also, please contact us immediately at service@serene-essentials.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it (stolen), or if the package is significantly delayed/lost, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS) United States Postal Service..
